I absolutely love this app. It is relaxing, super simple to follow along with, has a good aesthetic and the voiceover is a calming and soft. It makes me feel better when I’m feeling stressed.
I so appreciate coming across this Tai Chi app. I had cervical disc fusion surgery and suffer from fibromyalgia and daily chronic pain. 7 minutes is a length that makes someone in my physical condition feel like they've accomplished something. When I am finished with "relax" I feel centered, peaceful and my joints and muscles feel massaged.
A highlight is every time I use the 7min Chi my cats loves to lay at my feet which makes it a little difficult to move but is pretty adorable!
